THE SICKNOTES - FOUR-PIECE VINTAGE ROCK'N'ROLL AND SWING
The Sicknotes are a four-piece band from York. We can provide a self-contained system for smaller events or work with a venue-supplied PA and house engineer for larger shows. Please advance any venue-specific requirements with us before the event.
Self-Contained Shows
- PA AND CONTROL
- Behringer XR18 digital mixer, compact PA with line-array speakers and sub-bases, floor monitoring, microphones, cabling and basic lighting.
- WHEN TO USE
- Suitable for smaller venues, private parties, beer festivals and similar events where a venue PA is not supplied.
- SETUP
- Please allow two to three hours for load-in, setup and sound check. Allow additional time where multiple acts also need sound checking.

- Three vocal microphones, SM58 or Beta 58 equivalent, with appropriate stands.
- INSTRUMENTS
- Two mic'd guitar amps, e609 equivalent preferred; double bass DI; kick drum and overhead drum coverage.

- SOUNDCHECK
- Please allow one hour with a supplied PA and house engineer.
Venue Requirements
